Found the Oldest Creature's Footprint in the World

The scientists reported that they had found footprint of the oldest living things on Earth. Like what?

As quoted in Indiatimes, the scientists reported that they had found the oldest footprint of living beings who have ever lived on Earth, a snail-sized one centimeter of the footprint was fossilized.

The footprint fossil was discovered in Uruguay. Age was estimated to 585 million years old.

The Footprint may be directly named as the oldest, because it's older 30 million than the oldest ancient creature (previously recorded). The study was reported in the journal Science.

Footprint of snail known as the "bilaterian" is found in Uruguay by geologists from the University of Alberta, Ernesto Pecoit and Natalie Aubet.

Evidence found is not a fossil of the animal, but the footprint is found in sedimentary rock layers.
