Wake up, and the body feel fresh again is the best way to start the day in order to undergo the activity with enthusiasm. However, sometimes when you wake up even the body feels very tired.

For that, you can not directly initiate activity, but had a full night of rest. Here are four things that could be the trigger.

1. Poor sleep quality
