Avoid Wrist Pain When Using Computer

Computers and the Internet, with two things, we can sit at the computer almost 24 hours. A variety of activities we can do, ranging from the productive work, learn, do chores, do business, to counter-productive activities that are only filled with gaming or exist in social networks.

However, we often do not realize that the use of computers in the long term not only potentially cause damage to the eye, but also cause damage to the wrist as shown in the following figure:
To avoid this, there are some things you can do. Do not wait until you suffering the feeling of pain to prevent it. Here are 5 ways to avoid wrist pain while on the move using the computer.

1. A soft mouse pad
Using a mouse pad that is more tender, or thick to reduce the impact of your wrist to the table. Mousepad is soft it will feel more comfortable to rest.

2. Avoid Mouse is too small

In short, the mouse is too small to make us more hand movement. Coupled with a small handle to make the arm and finger fatigue faster in use.

3. Correct sitting position
Sitting up straight and look straight into the monitor is very rare. In fact, by the way, your body will experience a balanced load. Most people sit side and relaxed so that the load is often piled up in the arms and shoulders so as to make computer users feel tired faster.

4. Keyboard with hand rest
Its function is similar to the mouse pad which is to reduce direct contact between the wrist with a computer desk. It's just a mouse pad to protect our wrists when using a mouse, a keyboard with a hand rest while protecting the hand when we're writing (or indeed, typing).

5. Rest
Despite being pursued by the deadline, try to give yourself a deserved break. Rest 5 or 10 minutes your body deserves. Do not let the same fate suffered by Chuang, Kaixiang, or Shirley to be dying because at the computer too long without food, drink or rest.
