Obama Colorado

COLORADO - U.S. President Barack Obama has arrived in Colorado on Sunday (7/22) local time (Monday morning) for the visit of respect for those killed in armed attack at the premiere of Batman in Aurora, Colorado.

In the event itself officials have confirmed there were 12 deaths.

President Obama visited the University of Colorado Hospital and met with a number of survivors in the event.

Through his regular radio broadcast, Obama has asked Americans to pray for victims of acts of armed attacks that occurred in this Denver suburb.

While grief is also delivered by Pope Benedict XVI who lists events that also resulted in 58 people injured as' a profound shock. "

The local police currently have arrested a suspected of the shooter, James Holmes (24).

He is reported to have been detained in an isolation cell in order to maintain their safety, according to a report during the investigation Holmes did not cooperate with investigators.

Obama's visit to Colorado which took place shortly after the tragic events that occurred welcomed by officials and citizens of the city.

Obama's visit took place after the police managed to clear James Holmes' apartment of explosives which they say could kill anyone who opens the door of his residence.

Federal Bureau of Investigation, the FBI is currently still collecting evidence from the Holmes residence that is currently subject to at least 12 charges of first degree murder.
