3 Things to Do After Waking Up

Things to Do After Waking Up
Anyone has tired this afternoon because this morning woke up with a body still felt weak? Moreover, today's Monday, start of activity at the beginning of the week.

Habit to move immediately after waking up, mostly done by the community. Perhaps for those of you who wake up late, late for school or to the office.

Well, if you want to start your day more relaxed and calm throughout the day, might be able to do what is advised by Jack Wiener, a psychoanalyst as written on Youbeauty.

According to Weiner, do these three simple movements before getting out of bed in order to eliminate anxiety and fatigue. The tips are as follows:

1. Move your hands and feet
While still in bed, move your feet perpendicular to the motion, and pointing forward slowly. Do this for 15-30 seconds. This is an initial movement to restore the self-awareness. Next do the opening and closing movement of the palms for 15-30 seconds.

2. footrests
Put your foot on the floor in a conscious state. Stand up for some time until you have felt the foot rests on the floor.

3. stretch
After that gently stretch the muscles. Remove the tension on the neck and shoulder muscles. The more you realize it, the better you get started today.
