Final Fantasy (FF) is a masterpiece of Hironobu Sakaguchi. An RPG game popularized on December 18, 1987 in Japan, under the auspices of the Square-Enix. With increasing time and interest, this game began launching in various series or titles to date. In FF there are monsters that are used to help the hero / player. 1. Ifrit

Ifrit is "summon monster" that always appear in every Final Fantasy series. Ifrit is a genie that is strong enough to control the fire which can scorch the earth. His best of the most famous is Hell Fire. Described as a monster who has two horns, and there was a fire on the body.

Ifrit himself appeared in the literature of Islam as a genie from hell. Ifrit is a genie that is not eternal. It is said that if they are injured, the blood will burn 'his own body to death. Ifirit renowned as being the most arrogant because they are the first jinn sent to earth by God.

2. Shiva

Shiva is the Eidolon with the ice element. Shiva is described as a sexy woman with pale blue skin covered with a layer of ice. Diamond Dust is his best. Shiva in Final Fantasy gets a position with the element of ice because the Japanese word is pronounced with SHIVER.

Shiva is one of the supreme Hindu deity who symbolizes life and death. According to Hindu legend, Shiva get a blue skin from drinking the poison to save the world. Shiva is a god of double-sex (male and female), although more often portrayed as a man.

3. Ramuh

Ramuh is elderly witch who brought the deadly force of lightning. The most typical stance is Judgment Bolt. Ramuh is a monster summon with thunder element.

Ramuh is mentioned in Hindu legendary essay written by Professor Valmiki, the Ramayana epic. Mentioned that Rama is the incarnation of Lord Vishnu. Merging the form of Rama and Vishnu is depicted as Ramuh (although not yet declared legally).

4. Odin

Odin is also a summon monster that often appear in the Final Fantasy series. Described as a legendary knight who rode his favorite horse. Powerful weapon that is Zantetsuken (which instantly kills all enemies in one blow) and Gungir. Odin is a monster summon without the element.

Odin comes from Norse mythology as the god of knowledge, poet, war and death. Has two brothers, Vili and Ve and give birth Thor. Odin is the servant of the 'Knights of Women' known as the Valkyries (which controls the battle and brought the fall of the battlefield). 5. Titan

Titan is the Eidolon who had appeared in some of the Final Fantasy series. With the form of a giant 'dark-skinned and have the earth element. Kick flagship is Gaia's Wrath.

Titan itself is a reference to the gods for the elderly (Elder Gods) in Greek mythology. Titan is the gods who once ruled the earth until it was replaced by the gods and goddesses who are younger.

6. Leviathan

One of the monsters that appear in every Final Fantasy series. Leviathan is a giant sea serpent which controls all living in the sea, the water element, and his favorite stance is Tidal Waves (Tsunami).

Leviathan is mentioned in the Bible as the largest sea creatures ever. There is no clear delineation of the actual form of Leviathan. In the era of sailing, Leviathan is described as a blue whale. In some Jewish literature, Leviathan is described as a sea dragon (sometimes it has a lot of heads, and capable of spraying a fire). 7. Bahamut

Bahamut appears in the mythology of pre-Islamic Arabs and the form of a giant fish (enormous). Behind Bahamut, there is a creature named Kjata (Eidolon one in Final Fantasy). Another version of Bahamut in Arab mythology, he is portrayed as a dragon which stands on a whale called Liwash.

8. Sylph

SYLPH appear only in some of the Final Fantasy series. SYLPH a summon monster that served to heal the wounded hero (healing). SYLPH have air element with the the major moves Whispering Wind.

SYLPH, or it could be called Sylphid is a mythological creature from the west. SYLPH first put forward by an alchemist named Paracelus. SYLPH was mentioned that an invisible creature like air. However, traces of the SYLPH can be seen. As an example the image below.

9. Ashura

Ashura appears only in Final Fantasy IV as the queen of the Eidolon who lived with Leviathan in Feymarch. Asura is a summon monster restorer (healing) with the depiction of a woman who has three faces and six arms.

In Hinduism, Ashura 'or also called Asuras are a group of gods who are hungry for power (sometimes denoted by sin and materialistic). Of the Daitya and Danava known as the Asuras are always opposed to the Deva.

10. Goblin

Goblins usually appears as a lower level monsters against the hero. But in Final Fantasy IV, Goblin appears in the form of Eidolon as well. The main stance is that Goblin's Punch.

Goblin is a creature of the most famous legends almost universally. Portrayed as being evil or like to have a conflict with another living creature. In the western legend, Goblin 'is identical with the Brownie and Gnome (Dwarf compatriots). Generally, the Goblin has a small body with a moss green leather. In one legend, the Goblin is described as the ability to make things out of metal. Goblin goods of creation are rare items with different privileges. Someone once said that the legendary sword Excalibur is a masterpiece of the Goblin.

11. Cockatrice

Cockatrice appears as a summon monster only in Final Fantasy IV. As usual, he is portrayed as a bird with the ability petrifaction (make a living creature to stone). Cockatrice is identical to the element of lightning.

Cockatrice popular in the late 12th century and disappeared in the middle of the 17th century. Cockatrice is described as a two-legged dragon with the head of a chicken. 12. Golem

Golem with the earth element is appears as the Eidolon only in some of the Final Fantasy series. Special abilities, Earth Wall can protect the hero from a direct attack (physical attacks). Golem is described as a man made of stone.

In Jewish folklore, Golem was created from clay by God is described as similar to him, and was named Adam. While in the modern era, is told that the Golem was created from inanimate objects are turned on with a specific spells. Like the new-born man, Golem does not understand anything. He must be taught first. That said, some medieval witch created Golem as a guard at their residences. They are very hard to kill unless a special spells recited.

13. Catoblepas

Catoblepas appearing in various Final Fantasy series, but with a a different form. However, the original portrayal of the Catoblepas is a big monster with a form like a pig. Catoblepas in Final Fantasy IV is realized as the Eidolon with the ability of the Evil Eye (petrifaction).

Catoblepas in Greek mythology, is a creature of legend that originated from Ethiopia. Described as an animal with body of a buffalo and wild boar's head is always facing down. It is said that the head Catoblepas heavier than his own, so they always face down. And like a cockatrice, anyone who saw his eyes would die instantly petrified. Catoblepas ever appeared in the records of Leonardo da Vinci with the following description: "they are found in Ethiopia near Nigricapo.
